Paul L. Jones, B.Sc., P.Geol.

CEO

Paul Jones first worked with Nuinsco in 1983 and has been employed by the Company as Senior Geologist, Vice-President, Exploration, President and CEO. Mr. Jones has over 35 years of project, management and corporate experience in Canada and internationally with more than 20 mineral exploration and development companies and acts as a qualified person for Nuinsco.

Sean Stokes, BA, MBA

Executive Vice-President

Sean Stokes has over 30 years of business experience in the areas of communications, business development, finance, and management with a broad range of publicly traded and private companies primarily in the metals and mining sector, including Victory Nickel, Scandinavian Minerals, Tiberon Minerals, Orvana Minerals, Inter-Citic Minerals, Geomaque Explorations and Wallbridge Mining.

Kyle Appleby, CA, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Kyle Appleby brings considerable financial experience to the Company. In addition to Nuinsco, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a number of TSX-V, OTC, AIM and CSE-listed companies.

Laura Giroux, MSc., PGeo.

Chief Geologist

Laura Giroux is a professional geologist who has been with Nuinsco since 2005. She has been working in Canada and internationally in the junior mining exploration sector since completing a Masters’ degree in Earth Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Ms. Giroux acts as a qualified person to the Company on exploration and other technical matters.

Alastair Neill

Technical Advisor

Mr. Neill has been involved in the rare earth sector for almost 30 years. He has held senior management positions responsible for the sale and purchase, product development, marketing, R&D, and business development of several rare earth enterprises in North America and Asia, including spending 10 years on-site in China and Mongolia.

Dr. David Mchaina

Technical Advisor

Dr. Mchaina has over 40 years of experience in the exploration, development and mining sector having worked in positions of progressive seniority on projects requiring diverse knowledge across Canada and internationally in Europe, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Dr. Mchaina provides expertise in environmental and social impact assessment, baseline studies planning, permitting, stakeholder engagement, operations and mining engineering.
